Struc is a data consultancy for charities, social enterprises and growing businesses. We turn scattered, underused data into something you can rely on when making decisions.

Why Struc exists

Many organisations collect valuable data but struggle to turn it into reliable information. It sits in spreadsheets, third-party systems and sometimes on paper. Much of the advice available assumes a data team and infrastructure that smaller organisations don't have.

Struc was founded in 2023 to close that gap. We bring the rigour of large technical organisations and size it for the team you have.

How we think

Understand first. On anything complex we start with discovery. Building before the problem is understood usually means building twice.
The simplest thing that lasts. We ask what the simplest robust solution is for your organisation and build that, not the most sophisticated thing that is technically possible.
Built to hand over. Training and documentation are part of the work. The aim is that your team can run it without us.
Plain language. We work with leaders and front-line staff alike, and explain things in terms of what you need to achieve.

Priscilla Fung, founder

Priscilla is a data consultant with ten years' experience across analytics, data science and data systems.

Before founding Struc she worked in large-scale technology environments, including robotics and e-commerce, supporting operational systems across multiple sites and countries. She led the development of data models and dashboards used by hundreds of people in seven countries. That work shaped her practical approach: paying attention not only to how systems are designed, but to how they work day to day.

She founded Struc to help purpose-driven organisations make better use of their data, from improving data quality and processes to building measurement frameworks, dashboards and automated systems.

Experience
